The recent heavy rains made it obvious we had a roof leak! Klaus was recommended by people in my HOA community. Josh was very responsive. He was able to tarp the roof in the interim. Joe was the technician who actually did the roof repair (leaking master bathroom exhaust fan) and did a risk assessment of the other 2 exhaust vents and also fixed them BEFORE they could leak. Both Josh and Joe were very professional and explained things: what is happening and why. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Great company to work with.
